Vincent Smith, Youth Development, with over 20 years of expertise in project management, supervision, and extensive knowledge of child protection services for vulnerable families. Vincent has managed 11 residential facilities and 4 transitional living facilities for pregnant and parenting teens for 7 years. Vincent managed a $1.4 million dollar state contract for 7 years and secured $1 million dollar federal grant for runaway and homeless youth. Along with his capacity building skill sets Smith has knowledge in designing and maintaining performance based contracts through evaluation and logic model strategies. He has over 15 years of positive partnerships with state and local governmental agencies in Georgia.
