
Shelia K. Jones possesses a MA in Adult Education and MA in Special Education and has been engaged in the field of education since the early 1980s. From overseer of federally funded educational training programs ran by the City of Indianapolis, IN; to handling, processing and preparing approved grant proposals through the State of Georgia for Fulton County Schools. Her duties included analyzing, reconciling, and preparing reimbursements for all monies spent in all program areas associated with the Career Technology Department for all middle and high schools throughout the school system. Currently Shelia is the Program Director of Student and Academic Affairs for Central Michigan University for graduate level education face to face students, and, undergraduate and graduate level students MSA programs on-line. She is also a member of the Professional and Administrative (P&A) Council for Central Michigan University. Ms. Jones has a Certification in Teaching Online Instruction and is an Executive Director for the Atlanta Chapter of Order My Steps Worship Dance Minsitry. As a single parent that has successfully raised two daughters that lead outstanding prosperous lives any mother would be proud of and a third and last daughter now in college beginning as a first year nursing student. Shelia's life me mission and goal is to encourage, empower, and educate young girls and women through her life's experiences to overcome life's challenges by settling for nothing less than your best in all that you do is not an option but the only way to true success.
