Diane Best, after a stint in the US Air Force as a paralegal, and a successful 29 year career in the corporate legal industry which included managing staff of multiple offices on the east and west coast and managing budgets over a million dollars, Ms. Best intent is to lend her skills sets to WWS as its Treasurer. As an entrepreneur herself, Diane decided to follow her passion for cooking, baking and entertaining by attending culinary school at Daytona State College receiving two degrees, Associate in Applied Science Degree in Food & Beverage Management, and another Associate in Applied Science Degree in Culinary Management. She completed both of these two-year degrees simultaneously in the span of 11 months and remained on the Daytona State College Presidents List throughout her entire school career. Her culinary events include, the Rolex Taste of 24 during the Daytona 500 races, Halifax Uncorked at the Daytona Beach News Journal Center, the Volusia County Shrimp Fest in Ponce Inlet and Destination Daytona Wild Game Feast sponsored by Coca Cola. Diane was selected from thousands of applicants as one of 25 student chefs to cook at the Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France 2010. With all of the corporate managerial skills and catering skills already cultivated, Diane’s idea for Zola Blue Jazz Café was born. Zola Bleu is an entertainment and culinary experience, with a mentorship program that affords the youth in the community an opportunity to learn a skill and become self supporting entrepreneurial leadership education.

She is a wife and proud mom of five and grand mom of one.
